Forum Shoutboxes and Chat Clients

I saw in your Terms of Server that x10Hosting does not allow Forum Shoutboxes because they make a lot of MySQL demands yet, on Softaculous, there's a PHP Chat script available.

I'm a bit confused seeing as the chat script uses a MySql database, I believe.

I don't think we have disabled any software via Softacolous, but I am removing that now.
