I tried playing with different domain names inside the forum settings.
Now, I can access the log in page but once I log it it redirects me to a page yahoo says doesn't exist. What can I do to make it go back to how it was before I tried to change the domain name. The olny page I can acess now is the login page, I cannot access the settings inside the forum because it does not take me there. I tried to change the domain name from
the x10 hosting website, but it is currently pending.

Thank you

Marlon

In your forum settings you told it that your domain is

www.conservativecommercial.com

so that is where it points all the links.

The place to fix it would be the SMF admin page. But I guess that to get into the admin page you have to click on a link that will point to the wrong place.

1. Brute force: Uninstall SMF and then re-install

2. Alternatives:
A.
Go to cPanel --> PHPMyAdmin
Open the SMF database
Look through the tables and see if one holds the config information, including the site url. Edit back to the real url
B.
Go to cPanel --> FileManager --> SMF directry
Find a file named settings or config etc. Open and try to find setting for 'site url' and then edit.

Brute force wins the day.
I uploaded a new smf file and I was able to start from scratch.

Thank you
