Hi I have a forum registed under aaaclans.ipbfree.com/index.php. It says I can get that forum under my websites name such as forums.clanalliances.x10hosting.com. If I want that it says i have to go to my dns settings and set a cname record to v2.stuffednetworks.com. And an Ip to 38.99.249.226.

Exact quote from support page step 3:

set a cName to v2.stuffednetworks.com and your I.P. Address record to 38.99.249.226. Once you've done that, go to your domain manager and add your URL and set it as default, please note it may take a while to configure, if your domain name is stuck at a parking page, try clearing your Internet History

Is it possible that x10hosting can do that for me and make it to forums.clanalliances.x10hosting.com. Please help me as soon as possible.

Hey, as you need to add a cname record i will move this to level two support for you, and we will have an admin add it for you asap, someone will get back to you soon.

For the subdomain: forums.clanalliances.x10hosting.com I've added a CNAME record pointing to: v2.stuffednetworks.com.
I could not add the A record pointing to: 38.99.249.226, as you can only have one entry for that subdomain (in this case the CNAME is added).
