Forum troubles

I install vBulletin to my website and before i set it up full i get this error:

Fatal error:  SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/mikey/public_html/Forum/includes/class_core.php(918) : eval()'d code on line 918

I saw another topic with the same error but there was no answer.
I think i had the some problem with some MYbb forums i set up but i fixed it then and now i forgot how i did it.
Anybody know what to do? :dunno:

Upgrade your PHP level at http://x10hosting.com/account. Upgrade it to the Intermediate.

The upgrate ins't instantly, you need wait the aprovation and then you need wait 6-12 hrs ^^

Yeah it was approved, i guess its takes awhile to activate.
