Forum visits not registering

Thanx for the great service however I am suspended again due to not visiting the forums at least once a month, but this is not the case I do visit at least once a month but feel that the forum visit is not registering my visits correctly.

There's no hosting account linked to the forum username tbl; that could very well be the problem, as if you do have a hosting account, it'll be linked to a different forum username which probably isn't showing as active.

Do you know what the site url or cpanel username is?
