Forum with Arabic, but accompanied with English

Hello,

I wanted to know if I could host a forum on my x10 website that is English by default, but with Arabic along with it. But, the Arabic will be accompanied by an English translation with it as well (my goal is to make it an Arabic-learning site, from where English is the assumed, known language). Is this allowed?

But, I agree not to post completely in Arabic without the English translation along with it.

An easily-accessible (human) translation into one of the supported languages (English, Spanish or French) is all that's required -- your simultaneous bilingual setup would certainly be acceptable.
