Forum won't load

For some reason my forum won't load. Can any admin or Am help me here?

http://forum.mfhome.x10hosting.com Was supposed to be the URL to my forum before I changed my domain

Looks like you deleted the 'forum' directory, can you check please?

The forum directory is still here I just moved it into another folder.

But it's not just my forum my website is starting to act weird too. I have the files but it loads a 404 error. Can anyone help me because this problem is serious.
