you don't have to actually post, you simply have to log in, and I think if you upgrade to prime membership it removes this timer, but don't quote me on that, because I'm not sure.
Upgrading to prime membership (or any of our paid plans) removes the forum activity requirement. But also as GtoXic said, you only need to log in, not post.
