I have problems with login of my forum account so i have a lot of suspensions , pls i need ur help

Go login to your account panel and then reset the password there. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php It'll reset the password for your account panel, cPanel, and forum account. After that, go login to your forum account ASAP. http://x10hosting.com/forums/

By the way, if you had unsuspended yourself before you finally got to login to your forum account, then your hosting account might be already in the suspension queue again. If that happens, just unsuspend yourself again, and there should be no more inactivity suspensions so long as you remember to login here at least once every 31 days.
