How will I go about setting up my website email to forward email from name@ictquizzes.x10hosting.com to my gmail account?

Well, if you just want to forward email to a pre-existing account, all you need to do is set the configuration for the email address that will be used to forward the mail, to point to your gmail account, with the tools in your cPanel.
