Forwarding email to external address

I set forwarding the email sent to teg@teg.x10.mx to an external address and it doesn't seem to work. It isn't supported or did I wrong something wrong?

Are you using the email forwarding tool of CPanel? Have you checked your junk email folder?

Yes, I'm using the forwarding by cPanel. The Junk mail folder is empty and the sent test messages had received (can be found in the INBOX).

I tried both plain forwarding to an address and forwarding via a script (pipe). Neither one worked. The site to where the forwarding points to reported that there was no SMTP connection attempt, so it's not a filtering issue at that side.

In that case, I will have to request a staff member to troubleshoot this problem any further.
