Forwarding Email to PHP Script

I've managed to foward email received to a PHP script, but even though the script executes successfully, it gives me a mail delivery error every time

Please post how you're forwarding e-mail to the script, the exact error and a minimal test case for an e-mail processing script that generates the error.
