The Registration form for the free account hosting appears to be broken, the form's 'action' is missing the .php extension on the end, so no one is able to register a free account.
Pretty sure that's a known one, I'll forward it along in any case though. The main server just went through some upgrades and it doesn't look like everything's 100% back up yet.
