Resolved Free Account Migration

Hello

I would like to know if I get to keep my free site if I migrate to a premium account. I would like to have both.

If anyone knows, I would sure like to know the answer.

I believe that x10 premium tech support can copy everything off of your free site. Once that is complete, you can add a different domain to your free account and delete the previously transferred one. Unfortunately, I don't have permission to the paid ticket system for a definite response, but please open a ticket with x10premium once you have registered. The website is https://clients.x10premium.com . Once you log in, you can see the Support Helpdesk link.

If they are unable to do the transfer automatically, please respond here and I can walk you through the process. It would probably take about 10 minutes to do, depending on the amount of files and database storage you're using.
