Free hosting account not linked to my client account.

Here's the message I get, when I log on and click on the HOSTING tab in my new account panel page:
"You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.

In fact I have a free hosting account an a CPanel access but they seem not linked together.
