Free Hosting Account Pending after 24hrs

Greetings,
Its been more than 24 hours since I signed up for a free hosting account, but the status is still "Pending"

Action status: Process wait
Information: Your hosting account signup is currently awaiting processing or executing within our system queue. Its status is displayed above and will be updated upon clicking the submit below.

Do I need to perform any additional tasks? Was there an email I needed to click on any activation links?

Stranger and stranger. Now I see the following message:

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

• An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
• A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
• You have never had a hosting account.

Honestly guys, this is been disappointing. I know its free so I don't have any right to complain. But that doesn't mean I get completely ignored. There are other free hosts too if you don't wish to help out. Its been about days without any help or response about this issue. If I don't get any reply soon, I have no choice but to give up and move to another free hosting company.
