Free Hosting deleted

Hi, I don't know why but in my account manager i can't see my free hosting htech with main domaine hormotech.x10hosting.com and i see :
"You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account."
Can you Help me please ?
It's for student's work for university for tomorrow and it's so important for me please ! :/
Help me in giving me a backup or restore my website please :$
I need a good mark please

Can you provide us the cpanel username so the staff can check what happend to your account.
