Free Hosting + FileVip

The TOS says:

Each individual is allowed ONE account only.

I have a free hosting account. My question is: is it OK if I register in other x10 services like ExoFire or FileVip? If so, can I link to my FileVip files in my free hosting account? (for example, if I reach the 1GB limit of my advanced plan and I want to upload a video)

As far as linking, I don't see why not, but I am certain that you are allowed to have accounts on other x10 services in addition to your hosting one (ex. I have a FileVIP account as well as my x10 free hosting).
