There is nothing that we can do about this. Please check back later periodically over the next year. There is no eta on if and when your country will be unblocked.

No. There is no way to manually make an account for you. Even if someone could, which they can't, the current situation of your country being blocked in the firewall will stop you from even using the account at all. As I already said, please check back periodically over the next year.
