Free hosting still pending

Hi there,
I created an account for free hosting and I still can't access the space, I've read sometimes you have to wait 24-36 hours for it to be activated, I waited 3 days but it would still show "process wait", so I thought I'd ask for assistance.
My account id TSP36585779.

Today I got a message saying the account processing failed.

Error occurred during processing
error code 5227DEDB

Does anyone know if I did something wrong in the process of registering or is there an issue with the servers?

EDIT: it seems to work now, for some reason it was showing two free hosting requests pending, so I cancelled one, and resubmitted the other one, and then I got access to Cpanel and stuff
