x10 is not a registrar or reseller for .ca domains, but it's a good idea (in general) to keep your hosting provider and your domain provider separate anyway. It's easier to move hosting as required if your domain isn't tied to your host. .ca domains aren't available as cheaply as, say, a .com from anybody (except with some of the more expensive Canadian hosting providers, and then only while you're using their hosting services) because CIRA (the actual agency that controls the .ca top-level domain) doesn't have huge bulk registration discounts. A couple of good domain provider for .ca domains (in terms of reliability, longevity and all-around business practices) are Gandi.net and Namecheap.com (they're certainly better than the Canadian-based operations with official-sounding names and bait-and-switch domain pricing ads). You can use a .ca domain purchased elsewhere with your x10Hosting account.
