Free Hosting

Does anyone know where I could find a free web hosting service that would give me full root/admin access to the server?

If you ever find a hosting server that provides that, stay far away from them.
They'll have some serious security problems.

That would be a problem, but I was thinking more along the lines of a site that has VMWare server or something like that installed and gives me a virtual server to control.

If there is a free hosting site that would at least allow me to install my own application, that MAY be enough.
