Just to let you all know, these link schemes will not be beneficial to your ranking in search results: Google has specifically noted that link schemes are a 'violation of Google's webmaster guidelines and can negatively impact your site's ranking in search results'. The other major search engines likely have similar rules.
To get real boosts in search rankings you will need links from content based sites that are relevant to your topic, not from a mass link site that will associate your site with all the spammers etc who also use that exchange. If your site has good content then you will will be rewarded by Google with a higher ranking in search results, using link schemes will do the opposite.
