free to paid move ?

at the moment i have a free corp account with x10 and i am looking to move to your paid services can i be moved from one server to the next or do i need to make a paid account and start from scratch ?

Purchase a paid plan.
On the checkout page you'll see the field "Current cPanel user if transfer is wanted.:" fill that out and your account will be transfered.
