I'd like to take this moment to inform you of two things:

1) The answer is obviously yes - this is the internet, and with the exception of really old stuff theres ALWAYS a way to get the software you're looking for.

2) Putting what would be called a nulled-vbulletin (read: illegal version of it) on x10 would get you suspended for warez (7 days), or outright terminated.

1.5) I won't post any information on obtaining it here or via PM or any other system either; theres no point in giving you software that'll get you suspended or terminated+blacklisted on any webhost available.

You might want to look at some legit free options, such as SMF. Theres other free ones available, but SMF's the only one I know of off the top of my head. The free ones don't get you suspended for having warez on your hosting account :)

"Free" as in legally free now, although every now and then there may be contests online that will reward you with one, but I don't know any running presently.

vBulletin is a Paid Software and you need a license to use it. However obtaining an illegal copy of it can cause penalties.

Yet another reason to support open source software! Not illegal and completely free! Just use something like PHPBB

If you want a free vBulletin, go to http://www.mybboard.net and download MyBB. It has the features found in vB and thousands of plugins. Just get a different skin (the default isn't very impressive).

phpbb3 has my vote. Easily configurable and reasonably stable (even though I'm only on RC7 )

vBulletin costs but why do they put " Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.6.7
Copyright ©2000 - 2007, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd." there then. Stupid I think. You pay for it and it comes with copyright notice. Most of the free scripts there are you can buy away the copyright notice.

Search Engine Friendly URLs by vBSEO 3.0.0" there then. Stupid I think. You pay for it and it comes with copyright notice. Most of the free scripts there are you can buy away the copyright notice.

the vBSEO is not included on the package when you buy.. as for the vB version, you can remove the '3.6.7' but the the "powered by vBulletin (r)' or it can cause you to get your license revoked...
