Hello pleople,

I've just registered a new account but there is no hosting account available to me. In fact I'm getting error-messages, so please help me and tell me what to do.

I would be pleased if someone could care and send me an answer.

As you said you just registered. So wait for some time to create your hosting account.

If I follow the link
Go to the Free Hosting Account Panel
(provided here http://x10hosting.com/ )
to go to my personal account manager and next click on "hosting" i get this sort of message:
Free Web Hosting
You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.


Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

  • An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
  • A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
  • You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.
I would be pleased if you or someone else could help me a little bit.

As I told you, The hosting account creation takes time. Have patience.

I've just followed the offer quoted above to create a new account. Finall I got this message:
Hosting Account Signup
Pending Hosting Account


Pending Hosting Account Signup submitted April 4 at 5:19 pm
action status
Error occurred during processing error code
384F0062 result
An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support request.
followed by the options:
Reatempt Signup
Open Support Request
Cancel Attempt

To be shure, is it your intention to suggest me to wait just a little bit and if so how long will that take approximetely?
Now that I've got this error message I would be thankful for every answer, as simple as a short yes or no in Case I should just wait.

Alright,

I'm still waiting since my last post here and I still get the same error message each time.
It looks like the following:

It might also be my intention, but it seems a little bit strange that I've to wait more than 18 hours just to receive the same error message over and over again. Finally I followed the instructions yesterday twice with absolutely no change in in any respect regarding the mentioned problem.

I would be pleased if someone could help me.
