Frequent Database Connection Errors

Hi, I've hosted my WP blog on your free hosting. After your migrated the servers I am getting frequent database connection errors. Mostly it occurs while accessing my WP Dashboard. After few minutes it starts working but again after an hour or so I encounter same errors.

I get the WP error page that says it couldn't connect with the database server.

I didn't said its DOWN. I said I encounter database connectivity error frequently (few time a day) while working on my dashboard. It remains for few seconds to few minutes sometimes.
