Frequent Downtime

I was considering becoming a premium customer, but I am afraid if your company can give me a satisfactory service as I encounter very high downtime. The server stops responding, my mapped drive does not respond and gives me a server does not exist error. Could you please advice on your SLAs.

We haver over 70000 free hosting accounts on the free servers, and I am sure if you purchase premium hosting you won't have much downtime. The uptime is 99%.. There isn't as much people on the paid server as there is on the free servers I can say for sure that it's not as crowded..
