i have been experiencing a frequent breakdown of server for the past week. the site is not accessible for more than 2 or 3 hours and im left paralyzed. even the forums x10hosting is unavailable.
most of the time the site is not reachable...
i just want to know that is this a part and parcel of the free account?
do i need to pay in order to have good service?
or is it because of the system upgrading etc.?
