I have read and properly understood the post made by Derek, and will clearly state now - it hasn't helped.

Regardless of what username/email and password I use, I am unable to login to the cPanel. I need to login, because when all this happened, my phpbb forum went to hell, and I need to get that one back up.

So any help on the matter would be appreciated.

Have you gone to the Account Panel and changed/reset your password?

I did get my password and cPanel working, however after being switched to Fris, it screwed up the forum I have. I'm trying to get it back up, but its not working, I'm getting a mySQL error [1044]. Says Access denied to my databases.

If you can login to cPanel, do so.

Databases --> Remote MySQL

Make sure the list includes int.fris.x10hosting.com . If it doesn't add it.

If that doesn't fix it, go to your forum script's settings/config/configuration file, and make sure that the databasehost setting is 'localhost'.

Lastly, try cPanel --> MySQLDatabases , Database list with their users. Click on the username and when the permissions page comes up, check ALL PERMISSIONS box (even though they are all checked, check that box and click on 'Save Changes' )

If those don't work, post back.
