Fris - Not able to create DB

Hi,
My hosting account got migrated to Fris recently. I tried installing Joomla yesterday, though Fantastico says that the installation was fine, I was not able to access my site. My site was returning following error:

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I followed the steps given in the forum and added the new host names using Remore SQL in Cpanel. But still the error was there.

So I checked my DB and to my surprise I found no DBs there in my mysql. So I tried creating one DB manually but I got the following error message:

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases.

I guess thats why my site is returning the DB error. I rechecked under "Current databases" and it says:

There are no databases associated with your account.

Can someone please help me to resolve this issue.

Have you tried to look through PhpMyAdmin or PhpPgAdmin for Postgres?

Also, contacting someone for elevation, as this sounds more odd than normal

update: Lol i have giving support this early. It seems that during the time you tried to access your DB list, the MySQL server was down. Is it still working?

Yes, it's still not working. I am facing this issue for two days now

Try this:

Go to remote hosts in Cpanel and add
int.fris.x10hosting.com
