Fris Offline ? My website not working

I cant open my site : http://kkfashionexports.x10.mx/ and cant even login from https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ Maybe fris is down, Please fix this.

Same here. My free account is down for some time now as well.
I dont see any explanation in News and Announcements.:frown:
I guess it may be related to Update

It's the same for me... looks like a major problem, no FTP, no CPanel, no site... Dont'be afraid and let the time arrange this... Nobody here can do a miracle... or wait 24hours more...

I'am just waiting for somenone repair or tune the FRIS server (seems to me they must reboot many time...) I take good time by the meantime... (like holiday, as I am admin of an association's site)

So the best to tell you is "Wait and see, don't panic..."

nobody seems to know anything and this is the slowest site ive ever seen to give explanations of faults?

this problem has been ongoing for a few hours now and not even a small explanation from the upper admins?

isnt that what the status/updates page is for.
