from 500MB to 1024MB

My account is still 500MB of space. I will be glad to use 1024MB in future.

Are you looking in the account panel or CPanel. If you see 500MB in Acount panel then it is not updated So check in CPanel and report here.

Disk Space -500M allotted
Bandwidth -10000M allotted

Did you check your CPanel, as gsonline suggested? I have seen no one with the problem that their CPanel did not update, but the account panel is not updated on everyone's account quite yet.

If you do not show 1024 MB in your CPanel, I will ask a staff member to help you fix this problem.
