I have been able to upload all site changes through the publish sit option in Frontpage for weeks now, but as of a few days ago, every time i want to publish site through Frontpage, it will not recognized the remote location until I log in to cPanel and reinstall Frontpage extensions. Is there a setting or option that I may have changed or need to check to keep FP extensions installed on my website?

For a short answer, this problem is unknown, so it's probably FP messing up with itself. However, if you simply upload using FTP, you'll get easy and simple uploading of your website, and there is no other configuration needed. If you want to try FTP, then your host is your domain, your username is your cPanel username and your password is your cPanel password. Just make sure that you upload into the public_html directory.
