My site admins told me that they were adding some articles and images when this happened. The front page became a random jumble of unicode characters, beginning with "Zend ". See for yourself at: www.chestercountyasdsupportgroup.com

The soft-restore function on cPanel doesn't seem to help the issue. Does anyone have experience with this problem?

I believe Zend Encryption is disabled at this time, while the servers are being worked on. So, the encrypted information for your page cannot be decrypted and you are seeing that jumbled mess. This should be fixed soon.

get used to it.. in all the time I been here I have a 53.17% uptime of my site...
as you can imagine, starting to get pretty annoyed...

yesterday missed a very important commercial email because mail system was down half the day..

if I could actualy get the commercial side of my domain up long enough to make money I could go elsewhere for a paid service....

Less upgrades, more uptime

try reading the bottom part of my post, I will make it bigger so is easier to read.

on top of that, I have also had entire server issues as well...
can I offer advice on how to solve it.. yes

as a server admin I could run rings around these guys google python_dev and read if you like...

supported 150 servers at 1 stage. provided server managment support and scrpting, responsible for patches to apache, php, ensim and several others...

So do you now see why I am even more annoyed at watching what I know is a simple issue taking WEEKS to be repaired...
