Frontpage extensions not installed?

Okay so I'm a bit new...I've had a site somewhere else, so I've done some of this before...

I installed frontpage extensions, and everything looked okay, but Frontpage tells me that they aren't installed. So I go back to cpanel, uninstall, cleanup and reinstall...same result.

I've got the ad-free version. My site is shadesgarden.x10hosting.com and my cpanel id is shade.

I've done the search in the forums and seen similar problems, but no solutions. I also tried to ftp the files, but really, I have no idea what I'm doing...it didn't solve anything, and it clogged up the directories with non-working files.

A little help?

We have for a long time issues with the Frontpage extensions becouse it seems not to be supported by the cPanel any more..
But for now it still works on the stoli server.
So if you are on the crossacks server then you can try to ask that someone move you to the stoli server or just wait to end of this month, becouse corey is gon move all the accounts from crossacks to stoli: http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/38045-upcoming-server-changes.html .

Okay, that makes sense to me. How do I know what server I'm on? And while we're at it, where, who and how do I ask to be moved to the other server?

It's my understanding that unless I get SOMETHING up on that page within a few days, my account will be suspended...I'd like to avoid that, so I'm really interested in getting this up there.

ShadesGarden, you are on ciroc, by moving you to stoli you would have to upgrade you to Ad-Enhanced.

Is there any specific error it presents to you, or could you just use FTP? I am not really sure why it's not working.
