Frontpage Extensions?

The only way to create the guestbook I want is if x10 has Frontpage 2003 extensions. Does it have that?

Yes, log into your cPanel, at the bottom in the "Advanced" section you'll see frontpage extensions. Click on it, and install them if they aren't already installed for you.
