frontpage or windows sharepoint?

hi there when im trying to connect to my site using microsoft expression web it brings up this message

I've tried reinstalling the frontpage extensions because that sometimes works on Expression Web but nothing.

???

Is it to do with the server move again? Because the frontpage extensions worked perfectly in Expression Web about 2 weeks ago.
