FrontPage stoped to publish, stoped to work

Hi...

My FrontPage has worked up to yesterday... and I publishied a correction on Operations page... But today the FrontPage 2000 has stoped to publish the web... The FP says that server returns this messege:

403 Forbidden
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /portalfp/_vti_bin/_vti_aut/author.exe on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at voealto.x10hosting.com Port 80

The frontpage is denied to access the web publish system! And I tried to reinstall FrontPage Extensions, Uninstall and Install too. I tried to Cleanup Old Extensions... and Nothing... http://va.voealto.co.cc/, the Shared Borders and few other recurses are intact yet, but without the title and the theme... and the Web stored on the server is old and need an update, but I can't make this.

What I need to make? What's Happening?

Note: The frontpage is unable to publish the pages because the author.exe can't be executed by the FrontPage, getting the 403... I need to update this web urgently.

Frontpage was installed on the following domains: voealto.x10hosting.com

Only the crawler web were actualized within the FrontPage reinstall tool... The /portalfp web (http://voealto.x10hosting.com/portalfp or http://va.voealto.co.cc), don't is considered by the FrontPage Extensions installer... I tried (too) to create a new web on the server but is denied too, stoping during a file (called 737.jpg) copy and an minute later the server return the same error!

Edit:
Note 3: First the server has reseted, including all my costumizations, now nothing working, the CPanel don't work, in the user panel the don't show the status, and don't is possible to solicite the PHP Upgrade, returning the Error code 3.
