FTP - "421 Home directory not available - aborting" Help!

Hi,

I am unable to login to my FTP (username:sargasx1) it shows an error message: "421 Home directory not available - aborting | Could not connect to server". All was good 2 days ago and all of a sudden this happened. My website (http://sargas.x10host.com/) only shows a blank page with ("index/") text. Please guys / admins I need your help ASAP. Thanks in advance!

not pertaining to "support" volunteers like you guys. I salute you volunteers, would like to seek help for the admin whoever are responsible. Yes I am indeed very patient, Its about 2 days or so.
