FTP: 421 Service not available.

After creating a ftp user just tried to get online throguh filezilla, but even i've cheked the connection info is alrgith it doesn't let me get connected. I tried with the special ftp accounts and new ftp accounts but all of them shoe the same error.

► 421 Service not available.

What can i do?

I just tested to login with ftp on the test account I have on Boru, same server as your account is on, and that worked just fine.

If you are using your main domain as your ftp host, please make sure it is properly configured in your account at http://co.cc The domain does currently NOT point to our server. We recommend that you set the domain to use our name servers: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

While you await the DNS for it to be sorted, it can take up to 48 hours after you configure it, please try using boru.x10hosting.com as ftp host.
