FTP 421 Service not available

Hi,

I just signed up and I wanted to use the FTP access to upload my files, more specificaly a PHP Nuke system but I cannot connect to the ftp, I keep getting this:

but is goooner your cpanel username??? if not then you should enter your cpanel username

Typically when an error like this shows up and a welcome message is not shown, it typically means that there are too many people in the FTP at the same time or there is a problem with the FTP server or the connection between your PC and the server. This is not a password issue as the welcome message must be displayed before a username and password are requested by the server. If your user and pass were wrong, the server would have shown the welcome message, asked for the username and password, and then rejected it and asked for it again.

Also take note that the address wasn't resolving to x10's servers (shown by the IP) for you. Give the DNS some time to create the entry and update if you just created that name. For me, your domain is resolving to lotus.x10hosting.com (216.245.233.218) so it is updated and ready to go, at least over here.
