FTP - 552 Disk Full

Hi all,

I´m a new user, domain is http://marcelos.x10.mx/ on a Lotus server.

I´m trying to upload my website via ftp (using flashfxp) and keep getting a 552 disk full error message?
-this is strange as I haven´t uploaded anything as of yet?

any help would be much appreciated.

How large is the website?

Check your disk space allowance in your cpanel,
if you your website is bigger than that, make a support request (http://x10hosting.com/portal/?support&newrequest) for them to upgrade your account for free to unlimited disk space!

5.23 / 512 MB ?​

oh and the website is 16mb

What is giving you this error, the ftp program, or the website?

when uploading via my ftp client i get the error there.

It's a server side problem mate.

You can upload your files by using the Legacy File Manager in cpanel but other than that, you'll just have to wait until the admins sort it out.
