FTP Access & Account Problems

I need help with my whole account. Unfortunately I signed up during the time there were problems with the server? I have tried & tried to get ftp , configuring Filezilla then downloaded the duck ftp program thinking it was filezilla ( I was using the configure ftp in cpanel & then tried manually inputting my info). I tried making a new ftp account in cpanel for me to use & To no avail nothing seems to work. There is a password / Username problem with my whole account. I have had to reset my account password or request it 5-6 times.
I am familiar with FTP & configuring it, and after almost 2 days of playing around with it & trying different things. Decided to try and get some support. I sure would appreciate some help

Hello,

Are you able to access FTP with the following details?
Host: websitepromotionsplus.x10.mx
Port: 21
Security: Either unsecured (normal FTP) or explicit SSL/TLS
Username: Your cPanel username
Password: Your cPanel password

If not, what error does it show?

Also, I'm not showing any password resets in your account history, so perhaps they did not go through. If the above doesn't work, try changing your password as described here
