Hello everyone, I searched and searched through the forums and can't resolve my issue.
I have a new account with the domain www.facesbypureness.com. I can not access it with my ftp program. I tried every possible user name, variation and nothing. I don't usually have ftp problems, it's straightforward.
I can access the cPanel, but not ftp. Please can anyone help me with this.
