ftp access denied

never had this before

i cant make folder/transfer files to my site i get 550 ACCESS IS DENIED

i tried my site's ftp and cossacks ftp and nothing

anyone tell me why i get this

Where are you trying to ftp the files to? I dont see any record of you ftp'ing into your account since 29th June. Which might be why it doesnt work..

Can you please PM me a full ftp log showing you logging in, the directory list (done by the dir command not ls as it includes permissions) ..

Um, then I need to ask you why you have more than one account... which is against the terms of service.

Um, I strongly dispute that as

a) this account is not linked to the one you are trying to ftp, but to another which is also active
b) this forum account and another forum account are both registered to someone of identicial name, signed up from the same IP.
edit:
c) they also happened to claim the same zip code too

well is it possable that u can delete the other one because i looked in my email and i have nothing regarding to my other accounts
i only have monstermatt2.pcriot.com with username matt1213
