FTP access error "530 Login authentication failed"

im getting login failure for my site "s8power.elementfx.com"

COMMAND [18/11/2010 11:37:33 AM] USER ********
[18/11/2010 11:37:34 AM] 331 User ****** OK. Password required
COMMAND [18/11/2010 11:37:34 AM] PASS *****
[18/11/2010 11:37:43 AM] 530 Login authentication failed
ERROR [18/11/2010 11:37:43 AM] Not logged in.
STATUS [18/11/2010 11:37:44 AM] Connection closed.

I have replaces username with ****** please let me know if it is required.

please assist.

I think my site got suspended due to inactivity, funny i never recieved the notification email untill i login to control site. can someone assist me with this please and please let me know if i should change my notification email address from hotmail to some other server in order to recieve them?

Your account is not suspended and show no history of having any previous inactivity suspensions either.

Could you please try resetting the password in account panel? Also note that the username for ftp (and cPanel) is not the same as you use here at the forums.
