FTP Access INOP

I am unable to access my site using FTP with the following parameters:
FTP Username: tomjeff6@tomsdemos.x10hosting.com
FTP Server: ftp.tomsdemos.x10hosting.com
FTP Server Port: 21
SFTP Server Port: 22
Error message: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".

Can you help???

Try just using tomjeff6 as username. and server as tomsdemos.x10hosting.com
