FTP Access Problems

I'm not able to access my FTP at all since today morning, I get this:

Error: Invalid hostname or host not found
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

I'm using FileZilla, and my settings:

Username: venice
FTP Server: ftp.venice.x10hosting.com
Port: 21

It was working fine 2 days ago, the problem is recent.

Try using the server "venice.x10hosting.com"
