Ftp access

Hello i couldnt connect too ftp.theyard.x10.mx even tried Ftp://theyard.x10.mx
I also tried Fillzilla and still have the same problem
On filezilla it just says Econn Refused
a few years back i never had this problem.
im guessing its server side?

Ok atleast now im getting the login box via explorer.
But still when i put in user and pass its unresponsive
This is the message i got when i tried filezilla

Guessing there are still problems on the fris server.

Any idea when thing will be back to normal?

Ftp is working on fris (at the time of this posting)
